Calibration in Lab & Inspection

Equipment calibration is one of the primary processes used to maintain equipment accuracy. Calibration is the process of configuring an equipment/instrument to provide a result for a sample within an acceptable range. Eliminating or minimizing factors that cause inaccurate measurements is a fundamental aspect of instrumentation design. Although the exact procedure may vary from equipment to equipment, the calibration process generally involves using the instrument to test samples of one or more known values called “calibrators.” The results are used to establish a relationship between the measurement technique used by the equipment/instrument and the known values. The process in essence “teaches” the equipment/instrument to produce results that are more accurate than those that would occur otherwise. The equipment can then provide more accurate results when samples of unknown values are tested in the normal usage of the product.

All valve inspection and testing is done against the approved drawings, purchase order specifications, purchasers or company standards, and within the practices and rules of the country, state or province and any government decrees, laws, ordinance or regulation as may apply. A Pressure Gauge is a fluid intensity measurement device. The pressure gauge is required for the setup & tuning of fluid power machines and is indispensable in troubleshooting them without pressure gauges. The fluid power system would be both unpredictable & unreliable. Gauges help us to ensure there are no leaks or pressure changes that could affect the operating condition of the processing system in industries.

We have a well-qualified technicians for calibration and inspection of equipments/ instruments in onsite and offsite. We technicians are available 24x7 for calibration throughout the Kingdom. Our technicians does a visual inspection and the does the calibration services for our vendors.
